Hurom India – Warranty Policy

At Hurom India, we value quality, durability, and customer trust. All Hurom products sold in India are backed by a comprehensive warranty program to ensure peace of mind and reliable after-sales support. Please read the following warranty terms carefully to understand the coverage and conditions.

Warranty Period

Your Hurom product is covered under a standard warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects when used under normal household conditions and as per the instructions mentioned in the user manual.

The extended warranty applies only to eligible components and is subject to proper usage, maintenance, and compliance with all warranty terms mentioned herein.

What the Warranty Covers

During the applicable warranty period, Silveor Lifestyle India LLP, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace any defective part found to have manufacturing defects. This includes defects arising from material or workmanship issues under normal household use.

All repairs or replacements provided under warranty will be carried out using genuine Hurom parts by authorized service personnel only. Replacement of parts does not extend or renew the original warranty period.

Authorized Purchase Requirement

This warranty is strictly valid only for products purchased from:

    • Silveor Lifestyle India LLP, and
  • Official Brand Distributor (on Amazon)

Products purchased from any other seller, including unauthorized retailers, resellers, online marketplace sellers, or third-party platforms, are not eligible for warranty coverage.

Warranty Registration

To activate and validate your warranty, customers must register their product and provide valid proof of purchase. This includes:

  • Original purchase invoice clearly mentioning the authorized seller
  • Product model and serial number
  • Customer details as required during registration

Failure to submit valid documentation may result in rejection of warranty claims.

What Is Not Covered Under Warranty

The warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by:

  • Misuse, negligence, accidents, or improper handling
  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, stains, discoloration, limescale)
  • Use of non-genuine spare parts
  • Commercial or non-household use
  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering
  • Damage caused by voltage fluctuations, power surges, or incompatible power supply
  • Physical damage/Consumer Durables & PCB is not covered under warranty

Warranty Service & Support

For warranty-related assistance, customers are required to contact Hurom India Customer Support through official channels. Our team will guide you through the inspection and service process based on the validity of the warranty and nature of the issue.

Official Distribution in India

Hurom products in India are officially imported and distributed by Silveor Lifestyle India LLP. Purchasing from authorized sources ensures product authenticity, valid warranty coverage, and access to genuine service and support.

Important Notes

Do not attempt to open, repair, or modify the product yourself. Doing so will void the warranty. Regular cleaning as per the user manual is required to maintain warranty coverage.

Warranty registration will be considered invalid and void if the product is purchased from an unauthorized source. Hurom and Silveor Lifestyle India LLP shall not be responsible for warranty claims arising from such purchases.
