Free Shipping! – We offer free ground shipping on all orders from Hurom India, owned by Silveor Lifestyle India LLP.
Shipment Processing
Next Day Cut-Off – Most orders placed by 2:00 PM IST will be processed and shipped out the next business day. Orders are held if we cannot verify your shipping address or if your billing details are flagged by our fraud detection. Hurom India is not responsible for any processing delays beyond our control.
Standard Delivery Time – We strive to deliver your order promptly, with most deliveries arriving within 2–3 working days. Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location and courier service availability.
Carriers and Tracking – Hurom India uses Delhivery for most shipments. Tracking details are sent to your email.
Signature Confirmation – Hurom India reserves the right to require signature confirmation on any shipment. Our Customer Care agents are not authorized to release signature requirements.
Order Changes / Cancellation Requests
We are unable to combine multiple orders. We cannot cancel or make changes to the details of an order once it has been submitted to our warehouse. Orders are submitted to our warehouse at 2:00 PM IST each day from Monday through Thursday. Please let us know ASAP if you notice an error in your order details.
Carrier Shipping Delays
Hurom India is not responsible for any carrier-caused shipping delays. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Shipping Damage Claims
If you suspect your products were damaged during transit:
- Try to refuse the shipment and call us immediately at Customer Support: 18002033450
- Do not remove any items and keep the packaging intact
- If we file an insurance claim, we may ask you to provide pictures of the damage
We will send you a replacement unit as soon as possible. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Product Defect Claims
If you receive a product that you feel is defective, please contact us. We will help you troubleshoot, process an exchange, and/or check the warranty on the product for further assistance.
Returns
5-Day Money Back Guarantee – We want you to be thrilled with our products. You have 10 calendar days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for any opened item. We will provide pre-paid return labels for all customers within India.
Hurom India Valid Purchases Only – We only accept returns for items purchased directly from Hurom India. For products purchased elsewhere, please contact the original retailer regarding their return policy.
Refunds
Return Approval Process – Once your return is received, our Customer Service team will inspect the product based on the requirements above and approve the refund.
Processing Refunds – You will receive the credit within a certain number of days depending on your card issuer’s policies. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase. The standard time to receive the refund is 5–10 business days from the date of initiation.
If the standard time-frame has passed and you still have not received the refund, please contact your credit/debit card issuer or bank for more information.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
